Life coaching focusses on you.  What do you want to achieve in life? What would you like to change? Maybe  you are a parent returning to work or a single parent. Looking for work life balance & greater fulfillment?  Perhaps you you are ex-miltary returning to civilian life, or feel that you lack confidence or motivation.
We all have the ability to achieve change and as a psychological coach  I will use questioning and challenge techniques to enable you to uncover thoughts and beliefs that have been a barrier to success.
I work from offices in Heathfield & Dorking. Evening and Saturday appointments available in Heathfield. Skype & phone coaching sessions available.

I coach people who are committed to making change in their lives- relationships, work/career, parenting, military/ex-military,
work/life balance.

Prior to practicing as a life coach I worked in mental health advocacy, HR and the British forces. I have extensive experience of management, supervision, mentoring and peer support. What has become increasingly evident is that work, a relationship or family is often not the single ‘thing’ that holds people back from achieving what they want to achieve.

Drawing on cognitive behavioural coaching models such as SPACE and ABC(DE), my coaching approach looks at diffferent aspects of your life, what is the reality of your life right now and what are the perceived barriers for success. With this in mind, I will work with you to facilitate and challenge your thought processes to look for alternatives, establish goals and develop action plans for change.

Coaching sessions
Each session focuses on the topic or topics that are important to you and we will look at establishing your core values. I will challenge ideas, (at a level dictated by you) in order to stimulate alternative thought, self -development and direction for change. Life (or psychological) coaching is about change, and experience suggests that through questions and challenge you will uncover thoughts and beliefs that have been a barrier to success. Acknowledging these limiting beliefs, we will examine techniques and strategies to enable these to be overcome.
